Hzmer Jewellery will not deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement by the name of Hzmer Jewellery.

Return &
Exchange Policy

Should you wish to return or exchange your product purchased from, we will exchange or refund the original purchased item following this process

  • Bring product faults and damage to our notice within 2 weeks of delivery date.

  • Email us with the details at

  • Refund requirements(s):  Make sure to include "proof of purchase" (e.g. invoice, bank statement, order confirmation from Hzmer Jewellery, delivery note). Once we receive the product back in order, Hzmer Jewellery will send you a "Return ID Number" and communicate via email.

  • Return Requirement(s): The item should be in original purchase condition and display no evidence of usage. Returns should be sent via an insured and traceable method as we cannot be held liable for any items which go missing in the post/courier and do not reach us. If a parcel does go missing and never reaches us, it is your responsibility to claim for the item from the postal service or courier company used. It is mandatory to provide "proof of purchase".

  • Hzmer Jewellery will execute a full refund, a partial refund, replace the product, repair the product or exchange the purchased item within 30 days.
